Conform unei tradiţii mai vechi, în 2024 Festivalul DacFest va fi din nou organizat la finalul verii. Asociaţia Terra Dacica Aeterna a început deja pregătirile pentru găzduirea celor aproximativ 300 de reenactori din ţară şi din străinătate, la cea de-a XIV-a ediţie a Festivalului DacFest „Sub Semnul Lupului”, la Măgura Uroiului, lângă Simeria, Hunedoara.
Ne bucurăm să vă putem prezenta din nou trupe de daci, romani şi sarmaţi de la Cluj-Napoca, Deva, Bucureşti, Alba Iulia, Baia Mare, Dorosloveni, Piteşti, Sibiu, Zalău, din Italia, Bulgaria, şi Anglia, alături de oaspeţi noi din Ungaria şi Spania.
Vor fi trei zile pline de activităţi care mai de care mai interesante, adresate copiilor şi adulţilor: parada cu torţe, demonstraţii, tactici de luptă şi confruntări ale legiunilor romane, ale războinicilor daci şi ale şcolilor de gladiatori, cu ritualuri şi dansuri antice, cu demonstraţii de jocuri sportive şi întreceri în stil antic între reprezentanţii asociaţiilor participante, cu ateliere civile interactive, cu spectacole cu foc, dar şi cu momente surpriză pentru public şi trupele participante.
Pentru a vă bucura de toate acestea, nu trebuie decât să fiţi prezenţi în centrul oraşului Simeria vineri şi pe Platoul Măgurii sâmbătă şi duminică, accesul pe întreaga durata a evenimentului fiind liber şi gratuit.

Vineri, 30 august 2024 21:00 – 22:00 Deschiderea oficială a festivalului (parada cu torţe)
Sâmbătă, 31 august 2024 10:00 – 23:00 Tabere şi ateliere antice, antrenamente militare, ritualuri şi dansuri antice, lupte de gladiatori, târg de sclavi, prima bătălie, concert black metal, spectacol cu foc şi ritualul focului sacru
Duminică, 1 septembrie 2024 10:00 – 16:00 Tabere şi ateliere antice, concursul ”Pui de dac”, joc antic demonstrativ, antrenamente militare, dansuri antice, lupte de gladiatori, pentatlon antic, bătălia finală, ceremonia de închidere.

According to an older tradition, in 2024 the DacFest Festival will again be organized at the end of summer. The Terra Dacica Aeterna Association has already started preparations for hosting the approximately 300 reenactors from Romania and abroad, at the XIV edition of the DacFest Festival “Under the Sign of the Wolf” at Măgura Uroiului, near Simeria, Hunedoara.
We are happy to be able to bring again in front of you Dacians, Romanians and Sarmatians troupes from Cluj-Napoca, Deva, Bucharest, Alba Iulia, Baia Mare, Dorosloveni, Piteşti, Sibiu, Zalău, from Italy, Bulgaria, and England, together with new participants from Hungary and Spain.
There will be three days full of interesting activities for children and adults: torch parade, demonstrations, military tactics and combats between the Roman legions, the Dacian warriors and the gladiators’ schools, ancient rituals and dances, demonstrations of sports games and competitions in ancient style between the representatives of the participating associations, interactive civil workshops, fire shows, as well as with surprise moments for the public and reenactments troupes.
To enjoy all of this, you only need to be present in the center of Simeria on Friday and on the Măgura Plateau on Saturday and Sunday, access throughout the duration of the event being free, in open air.
